[TYPO3-core] FYI: Fixed problems with language files in new installer (typo3/sysext/install)

Hi!

There were several problems with language files in new installer (wrong module name, translations inside language files). Fixed them.

For future, please, note (it is important!):
- translations must not appear in any core language files. If you want translate to your language, do that through translation server
- language file types are strictly defined (module or database or csh), nothing else can be used
