[TYPO3-core] RFC: Feature Request #6882: Enable stdWrap for select.where

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
stdWrap is not possible for select.where.
Example:
10 = CONTENT
10 {
  table = tt_content
  select.where.data = register:colPos
  select.where.wrap = colPos=|
}

Solution:
Enable stdWrap for select.where.

Documentation changes:
TSref -> select
* Property: where
* Data type (new): SQL-where/stdWrap
