Ah yes, I know why. I had forgotten that I had first applied Michael's 
patch (http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=6529) to my 4.1.3 and then 
enhanced that patch. So of course it wouldn't fit a plain vanilla 4.1.

Here's a corrected patch for 4.1.
