Ok, accepted. I searched for this information but could not find 
anything about windows-1250 for Albanian. Will trust you on that ;)

It seems that some other languages got it wrong too. Currently Latvian 
(Lettish) maps to windows-1252/iso-8859-1 while it should be 
windows-1257/iso-8859-13. But Lithuanian, which is close to Latvian, 
maps correctly.
