[TYPO3-core] FYI: fixed HTML syntax

Hi!

Since this is no-brainer, I decided to simply committed changes to trunk 
for two rarely used HTML files (I doubt anyone uses them now at all). 
They were no well-formed and this caused error signs in new Zend PHP IDE 
based on Eclipse. I moved several tags around to ensure that all looks 
the same but validates. If you are interested, patch is attached.

Btw, adobdb help files do not validate too but I did not change those. I 
hope they will be removed in future because it is unnecessary junk...
