[TYPO3-core] Kickoff: TYPO3 4.1 (suggestions)

Hi all, I think this suggestion for an improved backend is great! I
can't claim to be an AJAX Guru, but I do have som experience, so if
needed I'd be happy to participate in the actual development. 
I hope that we can agree to use a standard libraby for all JavaScript
AJAX and Widgets, I like dojo myself, but theres plenty of cool JS
libaries for making DHTML widgets.
