[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bidirectioanl MM relations

Hi everybody,

just one more short note: Export and Import does follow the relations
yet when just selecting the foreign side of a relation - but we will fix
this in a seperate patch. As it will only happen when using the new
bidirectional MM relation feature, that should be no problem for
committing it to trunk I think.

Besides, we will send the needed documentation changes before committing.
