[TYPO3-core] Commits to SVN

Hi Ingmar, core team

I finally managed to commit my stuff since august to SVN now.

The most prominent feature is the clean-up scripts under the  
"lowleve" system extension - those demonstrated at T3CON

Secondly, the "alt_main_new.php" for the HCI menu bar and stuff.

Ingmar, what is the release plan?

At this point it is unclear when I will be done with the HCI  
thingies. In fact, I would say that it should not hold back the 4.1  
release. If I'm not done with it, it can stay in the core, but will  
not be announced as a feature before 4.2.

(I propose, it is more important that we have regular releases of 4.x  
than a certain amount of features in each)
