[TYPO3-core] RFC: Fix bug #3637 - can't get "translation handling" to work in EXT Manager

Hi,

the attached patch has been confirmed as working in the bug report  
notes.

Type: bugfix
Branches: trunk, 4.0

Problem: a missing check for the success of feching the l10n file  
from the server.

Solution, add that check.
