[TYPO3-core] 4.0.3 ready?

Hi folks,

does anybody object about releasing 4.0.3 tomorrow? I can't promise if we are 
ready tomorrow because the announcement is probably not ready yet - which is 
my fault, sorry for that.

So either we will release on Friday, or otherwise on Monday.

No votes please, just -1 if you have some good reasons.
