[TYPO3-core] RFC: TSconfig options.hideRecords.pages in alt_db_navframe.php

Hi!

This is a SVN patch request.

This should go into 4.0.x and 4.1

The TSconfig option 'options.hideRecords.pages' will not hide a page in the 
page tree if it's a mount. The patch check the mounts and remove the 
requested pages from the tree.

Could please someone else commit this if accepted, because I have currently no 
working svn environment nor do I know where to commit. Thanks!
