[TYPO3-core] PHP version requirement?

Hi folks,

I'm really not sure if we have made a strict requirement for the minimum PHP 
version to use.

The last status I remember is that we required PHP 4.1.2 because it was still 
shipped with Debian Woody.

However, it could be that we did rise this dependency at some time. If you 
know about it, please tell me. If not, then we should probably discuss this 
once again because there arrive bug reports like this one:
