[TYPO3-core] RFC: Inline Relational Record Editing (IRRE)

Hi everybody,

this is the last and final patch for Inline Relational Editing!

Thanks again to Olly, it was a pleasure to work with you at the review
weekend and as well in the weeks before and after! :-)

Changes:

    * Symmetric relations now fully supported
    * Sorting via drag and drop possible
    * sys_refindex is updated correctly
    * general cleanup


Everything is working flawlessly now, and Ingmar and myself reviewed the
patch again.

If nobody objects, we will commit this feature to trunk on Thursday.
