[TYPO3-core] t3lib_BEfunc::getProcessedValue hook fixes

I think that this is the way to go. Add a new hook right below the old one,
add a notice to the old hook and warn that it will be removed for 4.1.
You could already do that in Trunk then, of course.

But please send a new patch first...
