[TYPO3-core] adding a stdWrap around what-is-searched-for (indexed_search)

Here's the reminder. I tried to do it myself but the docs are in the 
extension doc_indexed_search.

I have added whatis_stdWrap to TS but don't worry only a few and none of 
the formating options are documented yet ("Still missing  the major  parts 
here. Just use the object browser for now since that includes all options").
