[TYPO3-core] Introducing three new members

Hoi folks,

I just wanted to let you know that we have three new members in our team:

Thomas Hempel <thomas at work.de> from Germany has been very active in the 
bugtracker and provided a lot of patches which Sebastian and I have committed 
meanwhile.

Thorsten Kahler <thorsten.kahler at dkd.de> from Germany is already a member of 
the security team. He is also a co-developer of the direct_mail extension and 
has provided a bunch of improvement patches for TYPO3.

Patrick Broens <patrick at netcreators.com> from the Netherlands has reached fame 
state ;-) during a recent Podcast issue about his "pbsurvey" extension. He 
will be writing some improvements to the rtehtmlarea extension since 
Stanislas is still on a sabbatical leave.
