This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
"Repetitively getting a javascript error when trying to use the click menu in the file list - this means I can't delete uploaded files without going on to the server and doing it manually."

Solution:
It turned out that the AJAX response with the clickmenu code is encoded wrong. It needs to be encoded into UTF8 first (just like all XML data needs to be!)
