[TYPO3-core] RFC: RTE magick images have a doublefile extension

I just tested your patch, and it does remove the double extension. But a
side effect I had is that the RTEmagicC variants (the resized versions)
are never updated afterwards (when I resize the image in the RTE after
saving it once).

Test this with and without the patch:

1) install rtehtmlarea and enable "image processing" in the ext
configuration
2) create a text content element and add an image in the RTE using the
"Image" toolbar icon. Just choose any image from your fileadmin
3) save this content element
4) check with ImageMagick's "identify" in the uploads/ directory and
find the pair of added files: RTEmagicC_<origfilename> and
RTEmagicP_<origfilename>. Take note of the image dimension of RTEmagicC
5) now re-open this content element and resize the image with the mouse
6) save the content elemnet
7) re-check the dimension of RTEmagicC as in 4)

Without the patch, I have different sizes, with your patch, the
RTEmagicC* files doesn't change.

So currently -1 from me.
