[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #3495: Endles recursion with some MySQL versions

This is a SVN patch request.

Problem:
Database dumps cause wrong UIDs when being inserted in various MySQL versions. 
With such a database, the pages table will contain an entry with ID 0 which 
causes an endless recursion of the navigation tree.
