[TYPO3-core] Revert button in TCEforms must _revert_ instantly!

The revert button (far right) is currently bringing people to the  
history page. That was never the intension of that button. While your  
improved history page is fantastic the functionality of this simple  
button must be to simply revert the previous save operation.

Should I report this on the bugtracker or is it enough that I have  
raised the issue here?
