[TYPO3-core] Reminder - bug: 0000132: Incorrect handling of%-signin FORM.params

Hi,

I still would like to have another +1 for this.

quite easy to test - on the page with the form create an ext template with 
this line:
tt_content.mailform.20.params = style="width: 100%;"
