No. Probably Kasper is exempted, but I'd like to see that all contributers 
would post small changes here.

In the Changelog of my TYPO3_4-0 I find this:

2006-03-26  Michael Stucki  <michael at typo3.org>

	* Release of TYPO3 4.0rc2
	* Various indexed_search fixes, see local ChangeLog for details
	* Small fix to typo3/stylesheet.css (admin menu)

That's way old. Dig up the revision yourself to see what has or should have 
been changed then.
