[TYPO3-core] RFC: Check required ?

Argh! I check out HEAD (no tag given) and TYP3_4-0 without any further 
check. I only had a look at Changelog and noticed that indeed a week or so 
nothing has happened. But a) CVS was down and b) the list is very silent now.

What exactly are you missing in HEAD?
