[TYPO3-core] Static Info Tables

For your information:

While René was unavailable, the new versions of Static Info Tables and 
related extensions were published on TER on June 21 with the agreement 
of Michael and Kasper.

I did not get any negative feedback yet, but TER would still send 
feedback to René.

If you become aware of any issue, please let me know and post it to the 
bugtracker (under other extensions).
