[TYPO3-core] CVS to SVN Migration

Hi Andreas,

sorry for being so quiet lately. Unfortunately I notice that I'm involved in 
too many projects (not only TYPO3 related).

I was away most of the time during the past two weeks and didn't have time to 
start anything I planned to do. Good to see that some more people however got 
back involved in discussions on this list...

Since Karsten seems to have sent his patches which he told me must be in, I 
guess we can start now. Let me have an overall look at the committments of 
the past two weeks, then I will have a pre-release ready until tomorrow. 
Promised!

Other than that I agree to Karstens suggestion and wait for 4.0.1 (which 
means: Start on Monday next week).

Can you agree with this?
