[TYPO3-core] Changing bug's project?

Hi!

Is it possible to change bug's project? I could not find a way. For 
example, this bug - http://bugs.typo3.org/view.php?id=3372 - belong to 
core (character set issues with flexforms) but placed to templavoila 
project originally. How do I move it to core? There are several similar 
cases.
