[TYPO3-core] RFC: adminpanel and caching problems

According to http://wiki.typo3.org/index.php/Core_Development there are no
open issues with the admin panel.

I just tried in Firefox and don't see any problems, but I don't have a
RealUrl setup at hand.

Can anyone confirm that all issues have been solved? Thanks.
