[TYPO3-core] Releasing TYPO3 4.0.1

Hi folks,

with a huge delay but an equally huge list of changes, TYPO3 4.0.1 is ready.

I just wanted to say a big thank you to all who have been involved in this 
maintenance release, you have done a great job!

The download URL for the new version is published at typo3.org just as usual 
at [1].

I'm going to post some announcements at typo3-dev and typo3-announce next.

Next steps:
As you could read in Dmitrys thread, the work on TYPO3 4.0.2 has already 
started. Please continue to use the Wiki page to write down all pending/open 
issues at [2].

TYPO3 4.x brainstorming:
The next minor release that contains new feature will be 4.1 not 4.5. 
Brainstormings take place in the HCI team list [3] and at the Wiki [4]. There 
will also be a 4.x brainstorming session at T3DD in Dietikon where I look 
forward to almost all of you! :-)
