He-he, I also thought so :)

TCEForms has its own getLL function, which strips "l_", inserts 
"labels." to the front of they key and loads key from 
locallang_core.php. Thus it takes "labels.new" from there.

I would not post unchecked patch :) Of course I verified that label works :)
