 I didn't know the current policy, IMHO there should be a TYPO3_4-1
 branch actually as 4.0 is already released and we should be working
 on that...?

 I have already merged everthing into my working copy of the TYPO3_4-0
 branch but obviously I have no write permissions any longer
 (since yesterday or so)
