[TYPO3-core] RFC: Check for deleted records when displaying language overlays

This is a SVN patch request.

Branches:
TYPO3_4-0 + HEAD

Problem:
If you delete a pages_language_overlay record, it will still be displayed in
Web=>Page module.

Solution:
Add t3lib_BEfunc::deleteQuery('pages_language_overlay') to the query.

I'm sure there are, though I didn't search for that yet.
