[TYPO3-core] RFC: Change wording in EM: "unsupported extensions"

In my opinion it impacts usability a lot. Security team is not quick 
enough to review extensions, thus this flag only complicated life to 
people. I am sure 99% of the people set it to true. Why not set it to 
true by default?
