[TYPO3-core] Branches vs. Tags

Hi Andreas,

I'm currently looking at our new SVN repository for the first time and wonder 
why some branches and tags seem to have been mixed up:
http://svn.sourceforge.net/viewcvs.cgi/typo3/TYPO3core/branches/

For example, I'm pretty sure that TYPO3_4-0-0rc3 is a tag and not a branch.

In any case, I suggest that you remove these obsolete branches in order to 
avoid confusion:
TYPO3_3-8-1
TYPO3_4-0-0rc3

(TYPO3_3-6-0 was actually a branch but labelled wrong. So if you can rename it 
somehow, please just do so...)
