[TYPO3-core] CVS to SVN Migration

Hi there,

the SVN dump files have been created and uploaded to SF.net.

A local import of the SVN dump files caused no problems.

However SF.net fails to import the SVN dump files currently. I have opened a 
support ticket [1] at SF.net to clarify the situation.

If there is no short term solution we will continue to use CVS.
