[TYPO3-core] RFC: fix bug #3427 -config.spamProtectEmailAddresses may garble mail link

Hi Martin,

this patch works fine. The latest TSref defined spamProtectEmailAddresses to
be a value between -5 and +1.

Since your patch now allow numbers from -10 to +10, I have changed this
accordingly in TSref. However it will not work in 4.0 so please watch out
for users who notice problems with that.
