[TYPO3-core] Fix Gremlin #1628: Clean up the new page content items list

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
There are two text w/image elements in the content wizard:
- Text with image below
- Text with image to the right

This should be cleaned up two one item.

An additional problem is that the labels of those entries are identified by 
numbers which makes restructuring difficult.

Solution:

- Remove "text with image below"
- Rename all items from "common_1_title" to "common_<description>_title"
