[TYPO3-core] RFC: Change two max value settings

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
- Filesize for files to be edited in the EM is limited to 100KB
- showpic.php images are limited to be 1000x1000px

Solution:
- Set EM limit to 500KB
- Remove any maximum value for showpic.php images (regardless if this may be 
useful or not... ;-)

@karsten: Maybe you also need to change the EM setting in your code!
