[TYPO3-core] RFC: uninitialized variables code cleanup

Hi

I committed more code cleanup for t3lib. Trivial stuff.

All !-marks in t3lib/ that are shown in phpeclipse are real problems now.
I found some more real problems I can't figure out quickly what the code 
should do and added a FIXME.

You all might do a search for FIXME in t3lib.
