[TYPO3-core] edit and use all tables in backend forms with TCA

Hello,

I want to make all tables usable for TCE forms in the backend for TYPO3 5.0.
I have written under the topic
'edit and use all tables in backend  forms with TCA'
on the Developer's list.

This would lead to a break in compatibility, so it's for TYPO3 5.0.

Please have a look on it.
