I did a lot of reviewing on that patch yesterday night, and must say 
that I find the whole new undo/history really great and helpful.

I did notice some strange behaviors and maybe even a bug, but I think 
this patch should go into beta2, because that makes getting feedback 
from many users much easier. I will then send a list of comments to 
Sebastian via private mail so remaining issues will be fixed in RC1.
