[TYPO3-core] RFC: im_version_5 as a string

This is a CVS patch request.

Problem:
$TYPO3_CONF_VARS[GFX][im_version_5] lacks documentation for "im6"

Solution:
Add it. While doing this, I've changed the description which now says the
value is only a string (before it was boolean/string). Of course
im_version_5="1" will still work, but the new default is "im5".
