[TYPO3-core] Patch: language overlay

Type: feature

description:
The patch make it possible to get content from a multilanguage page into a 
page with default language (single language).
The sense of that is to import content from a multilaguage content pool in a 
single language site.

example: on a single language site we always fallback to the default (0) 
language but we can fetch the right language (sys_language_uid==x) from other 
pages


The patch was reviewed by Kasper: "Seems ok."
