[TYPO3-core] Patch: im_swapImageMask

description:
new option in config_default.php explains it:

'im_swapImageMask' => 0,
// Boolean. This is necessary if using ImageMagick 6+. Will swap the image 
with the mask. Just set the flag if the masks do not work, even with 
toggleing 'im_negate_mask'!


The patch is laying around here for some time and Kasper agreed on it. I think 
it is still needed or is there another solution in the meantime?
