Me too. But there are issues where I want Kaspers feedback because we include 
them. However, I have not seen him for more than a week now. Does anybody 
know where he is?

Suggestion: Let's collect all open issues which are waiting to be committed 
and send them to me. After that I will compose a mail for Kasper which he 
will (hopefully) read soon.
