[TYPO3-core] New backend skin for TYPO3 4.0 - help needed

You might have noticed that there will be a new default backend skin in 4.0,

I have been contacted by Kasper to find someone who can help the skin design 
team (Thomas Murphy and Lasse Nørby) to review & commit their changes into 
CVS.
