I've worked on the CVS code. So $TYPO3_CONF_VARS['SYS']['cookieDomain'] is by you. I've rearranged the code to do the regexp thingy and to log the $cookieDomain as well.

Note: the patch has an error $ccokieDomain should of course be $cookieDomain.
