[TYPO3-core] RFC: Bug #1910: Sorting in filelists - add modification time

this is a CVS patch request.

new feature (minor/trivial)

Branches: TYPO3-4.0

Description:
If you choose the option "date" as sorting criteria in filelists, TYPO3
chooses the creation date of the files as sorting criteria. There is no
possibility to take the file modification date into account.
I added the option "mdate" to sort after the file modification date.

TSREF stdWrap: Property Filelist:
-3: sorting: name, size, ext, date
+3: sorting: name, size, ext, date, mdate (modification date)
