[TYPO3-core] RFC: t3lib_stdGraphic and missing font

This is a CVS patch request.

Description: 
If a missing font (or wrong path) is used in rendering with t3lib_stdGraphic 
PHP trows an error message and the script stops. The patch check if the font 
exists and when not the text rendering will not be done and a debug() message 
will be shown. Therefore the developer get feedback and the script go ahead 
without the text rendering.
