I just didn't trust you anymore. ;)

I was in a very big hurry when I wrote it. Since I was responsible
committer for adding this glitch I just wanted to be very sure it is
finally solved. Of course RTE is still enabled for types['text'] and
['textpic'] (I falsly assumed we relied on defaultExtras only).

Anyway everything is perfect now. :->
