[TYPO3-core] compat_php5.php note

Hi folks,

Just a little education to whomever put the "include()" command for  
"compat_php5.php" into config_default.php:

_always_ include the absolute path of a file. This is (afair) also a  
coding guideline. I had trouble on a php4 install and fixed it by  
simply prefixing "PATH_t3lib" before script.

FYI.

(I will commit the change to CVS later).
